Estimator - FFUN Collision Saskatoon
Permanent-Full Time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

We’re on the lookout for top-tier talent to join us as our next Estimator—someone who’s highly skilled, detail‑oriented, and confident in their craft. We’re looking for a professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can juggle multiple repair orders, and is comfortable working with the financial aspects of a collision centre.

What you’ll be doing:
Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the extent of damage and necessary repairs
Create detailed repair estimates using computerized estimating systems – Mitchell Cloud Estimating, Repair Centre, AllData, and Repair Logic.
Communicate directly with customers, providing professional service and clear explanations of their repair.
Coordinate with production team to ensure timely repairs.
Entering supplemental damage found upon disassembly of vehicles by technicians.
Photographing related vehicle damage and submitting to SGI for approvals
Negotiate repair costs and supplement requests with insurance adjusters and image appraisers
Support the GM and Asst GM with various tasks and estimates.
Visit dealership, do regular lot walks, and damage assessments.
Build and maintain positive work relationships with customers, SGI, dealership leadership, and dealership recon teams.
What we're looking for:
Minimum two years working as a Collision Centre Estimator
Knowledge of SGI or other insurance partners’ processes
Excellent verbal and written communication, combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision makers.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage priorities, perform a variety of tasks and meet required deadlines and targets.
A person who is a team player, of high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honors their commitments.
Detail oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office. Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.).
Must possess a valid driver's license.
