Position: Estimator and Contract Manager
Salary: PHP90,000 - PHP120,000/month
Working Hours & Conditions: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM AEST
Holidays: TBD
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The company is looking for an experienced Estimator & Contract Manager to join their team. This role is designed for a professional who has a strong background in the Australian construction industry and can confidently manage the financial and contractual lifecycles of diverse building projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• End-to-End Tendering: Lead the tendering process for complex residential or commercial projects, ensuring all bids are competitive, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Plan Interpretation: Review and understand architectural and structural plans to determine project scope.
• Cost Estimation: Perform detailed take-offs and costings, including labor, materials, and specialized sub-contractor requirements.
• Contract Management: Administer contracts, manage variations, and ensure all documentation meets project standards.
• Client Liaison: Act as a professional point of contact for clients when necessary to discuss project specifics or updates.
• Cost Control: Maintain accuracy in take-offs and budgeting across various project types.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• AU Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience within the Australian construction industry.
• Project Mastery: Proven ability to handle complex projects without constant supervision.
• Software Agnostic: We value your logic and accuracy over specific tools; proficiency in any standard estimating software is accepted.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills for internal reporting
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards (AS).and occasional client-facing tasks.
