What You’ll Get to Do

As the Regional Estimating Manager, you’ll lead and support a talented estimating team that helps shape the skylines and environments where people live, learn, and work. You’ll oversee all estimators within your region, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellence in every customer interaction and project bid.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a regional team of estimators to meet OBE’s high standards of quality, accuracy, and service.

• Evaluating bid specifications, architectural drawings, and project details to ensure successful bid execution.

• Collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Project Management to align bids with business strategy and facility capabilities.

• Maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive efficiency and innovation.

• Reviewing and analyzing market pricing, providing insights that guide business decisions.

• Supporting your team’s professional growth and development.

• Championing OBE’s value-based business model to maintain profitability while delivering superior customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a results-driven leader who is passionate about excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings a mix of technical expertise, leadership, and customer focus.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Proven experience in estimating or project management within glass, glazing, or construction-related fields.

• The ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications with precision.

• Strong math and geometry skills, paired with proficiency in estimating software tools.

• Demonstrated success in managing teams and collaborating cross-functionally.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to balance multiple projects and priorities.

• A proactive, self-starting attitude and a focus on delivering results.
