• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for all CSA packages, including:• Earthworks and site development
• Substructure and superstructure
• Architectural finishes
• Building envelope (facades, roofing, partitions)
• Roads, pavements, and external works
• Prepare estimates at Concept, Schematic, Design Development, and IFC stages.
• Benchmark costs against regional and local data center or industrial facility builds.
• Perform or supervise detailed quantity take-offs based on drawings, BIM models, and specifications.
• Validate completeness and accuracy of contractor BOQs.
• Identify CSA scope gaps, overlaps, and inconsistencies across design stages.
• Maintain updated CSA cost databases, including: 
• Material costs (concrete, steel, rebar, cladding, finishes)
• Labor rates and productivity norms specific to the Philippines
• Equipment and mobilization cost
• Monitor market fluctuations affecting structural steel, concrete, aggregates, and architectural materials.
• Prepare CSA bid packages, pricing schedules, and tender instructions.
• Support tender evaluations through:• Bid leveling
• Clarifications
• Value engineering options
• Assessment of constructability impacts
• Provide detailed descriptions of cost variances and recommendations for award.
• Analyze cost impacts of design revisions, RFI responses, and scope changes.
• Support change order reviews by verifying quantities, productivity, and unit rates.
• Coordinate with project controls to maintain alignment with approved budgets.
• Present CSA cost updates to project leadership and clients.
• Work closely with design managers, structural engineers, architects, and procurement teams.
• Lead discussions on cost risks, mitigation strategies, and alternative solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of estimating experience with focus on CSA works.
• Experience in:• Data center construction
• Industrial or high-tech facilities
• Large-scale commercial developments
• Strong understanding of reinforced concrete structures, steelworks, façade systems, and architectural detailing.
• Proficiency in estimating software (CostX, Candy, Excel, or equivalent).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, structural designs, and architectural specifications.
