Procuramos um(a) Estagiário(a) para apoiar as áreas de Recursos Humanos, Financeiro e Compliance, bem como tarefas administrativas, numa equipa internacional. O estágio oferece contacto com diferentes mercados e um ambiente multicultural, dinâmico e orientado para o rigor na gestão de informação.

Principais Responsabilidades

• Apoio em processos de recrutamento e seleção;
• Gestão e organização de documentação de colaboradores;
• Suporte na preparação de comunicações internas;
• Apoio administrativo geral e organização de reuniões;
• Apoio em processos financeiros e de compliance;
• Gestão de pedidos e documentação, assegurando a sua correta validação e tratamento;
• Atualização de registos e sistemas internos;
• Garantia do armazenamento seguro e confidencial de informação sensível;
