Você fará parte de um time dinâmico e colaborativo, composto por profissionais da área de Serviços. Nossa equipe trabalha em conjunto para garantir eficiência nos processos e atender às demandas estratégicas da empresa. Você terá a oportunidade de interagir com diferentes setores, como Supply Chain, logística e engenharia

Seu trabalho será fundamental para garantir um atendimento ágil e eficiente aos clientes, acompanhando processos e buscando soluções para desafios operacionais. Você ajudará a fortalecer a relação da empresa com seus clientes, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos serviços de pós-venda e suporte técnico.

O que queremos saber sobre você?

• Cursando Administração, Engenharia e áreas afins com previsão de formatura a partir de 2027.
• Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office.
• Desejável conhecimento em Power BI.
• Desejável Inglês intermediário.

Como será o seu dia a dia?

• Atendimento ao cliente na análise de demandas  de reparo e de peças;
• Acompanhamento da evolução de indicadores de performance junto à áreas correlatas;
• Diligenciamento do processo comercial de ponta a ponta, desde a chegada do componente na fábrica até a entrega final ao cliente

 Interface com área fabril para repasse de especificações técnicas conforme as necessidades do cliente
•  Elaboração de relatórios e apresentações diversas, para setores internos e para  o cliente, pelo Power Bl e Power Point
• Faturamento e estimativa dos resultados financeiros da conta
• Negociações internas e com o cliente
• Sistema Oracle
• Participação em reuniões internas e externas;
• Suportar rotinas de atendimento ao cliente como disponibilidade de material, controle de entregas nas datas programadas, faturamentos dos serviços realizados;
• Gerenciar processo de garantia das frotas das locomotivas e componentes reparados entregues.
• Simplificar e automatizar processos gerando relatórios rápidos e objetivos.
