- Ouvidoria: Hotline, e-Mail e ReclameAQUI.

- Suporte ao Ouvidor responsável pela coordenação das atividades de atendimento ao cliente no South America

- Suporte ao Ouvidor na manipulação e análise do fluxo de reclamações de PLT / CVT / CLC e manipulação no Sistema de Garantia Online

- Suporte ao Ouvidor na preparação de relatórios periódicos (por exemplo, Quartely Report, KPI)

- Criar e gerenciar comunicados internos e externos sobre os treinamentos e informações técnicas destinadas aos parceiros de negócio.
