• Apoiar a operação e expansão das soluções digitais da Continental, realizando o cadastro de novos usuários na plataforma ContiConnect
• Atuar em contato direto com clientes e equipe de vendas, apoiando treinamentos, onboarding e relacionamento
• Apoiar o controle e lançamento de mensalidades, garantindo organização e acuracidade das informações
• Suportar a abertura e acompanhamento de pedidos (carrinho de compras) junto às áreas internas
• Acompanhar vendas, envios e status de pedidos em interface com Operações e Logística.

• Cursando Engenharia Mecânica; Engenharia de Produção; Engenharia de Controle e Automação; Administração.
