As an ESS Project Manager - Bulgaria, you will guide complex storage projects from contract signature to successful delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction always stay on track. • Lead ESS project execution from planning to commissioning while coordinating with internal engineering, supply chain, and service teams.
• Manage communication with customers, EPC partners, and local authorities to keep alignment on project scope and milestones.
• Oversee installation progress, risk assessments, and compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress dashboards throughout all project stages.
• Ensure timely delivery and commissioning by aligning logistics, onsite activities, and external partners.
• Identify potential project risks early and initiate corrective actions to keep delivery on schedule.
Your profile:

• Experience in project management within renewable energy, electrical engineering, ESS, or related technical fields.
• Understanding of electrical systems, grid connection processes, and technical project workflows.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and technical requirements.
• Hands-on approach paired with problem-solving mindset and structured workstyle.
• English B2–C1; Bulgarian fluency; other regional languages are a plus.
