Espresso Selling Specialist

MCG is a premier service organization that partners with both manufacturers and retailers to increase sales at store level. We provide in store services to department stores, mass merchants and stand alone retailers throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Espresso Selling Specialists are responsible for:

• Educating consumers on all aspects of our client's product.

• Creating a fun and inviting atmosphere for the customers.

• Collecting customer feedback.

• Maintaining sales goals and effective selling techniques.

• Meeting sales goals and quotas.

The ideal candidate:

• Has direct sales experience; retail sales a must.

• Can drive sales and become a talented and knowledgeable barista.

• Must have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication.

• Must be able to Skype or Video Chat (this is for the initial interview only).

• Will have high-speed internet access required for daily reporting, uploading photos, and training.

• Must commit to and work weekends.

• Must have reliable transportation.
