Esports Manager (World of Tanks Blitz)

WoT Blitz, an online mobile shooter with tens of millions of installs, is looking for a passionate gamer and skilled communicator to join our team.

What will you do?

•
Communication with highly active and skilled community members: gather and analyze player feedback to help improve the game, ensuring clear information flow, strong engagement, and lasting brand loyalty

•
Creation and management of tournaments and other skill-based in-game activities: plan, organize, and oversee competitive events that highlight player mastery and drive community excitement

•
In-game and publishing activities management: from concept to execution, coordinate initiatives that enhance in-game monetization, player retention, and media reach

•
Analytics: dive deep into performance metrics to assess product perception and identify opportunities for growth

What are we looking for?

•
Fluency in English: C1 level in both oral and written communication

•
Experience: bring at least 1.5+ years as a community manager, esports manager or project manager

•
Competition: you understand the core principles of tournament systems and have a strong sense of fair play

•
Gaming passion: your enthusiasm and experience in gaming are crucial

•
Communication mastery: your excellent communication skills will be put to great use

•
Project management: your skills in managing projects will be key

•
Analytic mind: your ability to analyze will guide us forward

What additional skills will help you stand out?

•
Gaming experience in Wargaming titles is a significant advantage

•
Proficiency with community platforms: strong working knowledge of Discord (including moderation tools, bots, and server management) and other social or communication platforms commonly used in gaming communities

Work mode

Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)

This role is eligible for relocation & immigration support

The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 2500-3500 monthly gross.
