Buscamos un Especialista con amplia experiencia en la formación, administración y ejecución de contratos asociados a proyectos de infraestructura, servicios de innovación y mantención tecnológica. Este rol requiere un/a profesional con sólido criterio comercial, capacidad analítica y experiencia comprobada en procesos de procurement y gestión contractual a lo largo del ciclo de vida del proyecto.

Profesional ideal tendrá una actitud proactiva, habilidades de liderazgo con mínima supervisión y un enfoque colaborativo con equipos multidisciplinarios.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Gestión de Contratos & Procurement

• Liderar y/o apoyar procesos de precalificación para identificar contratistas generales acordes a las necesidades del proyecto.
• Brindar recomendaciones sobre prácticas locales, requisitos normativos y mejores prácticas de procurement.
• Apoyar la definición de la estrategia de adquisiciones y los distintos paquetes de compra del proyecto.
• Participar en el desarrollo del cronograma de adquisiciones alineado a los riesgos y necesidades del proyecto.
• Proponer y apoyar negociaciones comerciales, identificando oportunidades de generación de valor con proveedores.
• Asegurar que la ejecución contractual se mantenga alineada a los lineamientos comerciales definidos.

Control del Proyecto & Gestión de Riesgos

• Contribuir en la evaluación de calidad y riesgos durante las fases de construcción y ejecución.
• Apoyar la revisión de costos conforme avanza el proyecto para garantizar alineación contractual.
• Participar en la evaluación del progreso y emitir recomendaciones para la aprobación de pagos.
• Preparar reportes que identifiquen áreas de riesgo, alertas tempranas y oportunidades de mejora.
• Apoyar la gestión de posibles variaciones y reclamos, buscando acuerdos justos que eviten sobrecostos o impactos al cronograma.

• Experiencia mínima de 10 años en contratos de servicios con adquisición de insumos y/o materiales.
• Trayectoria demostrada en formación de contratos, negociación, estrategia de procurement y gestión comercial de proyectos.
• Experiencia previa en proyectos de infraestructura, innovación o tecnología.
• Manejo de Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) y nivel intermedio en SAP.
• Conocimientos en cronogramas, control de costos y seguimiento de avance contractual.
• Capacidad de aprendizaje rápido para adaptarse a sistemas de gestión internos (ej.: Procon, SharePoint, GCMS).
