Missão:

Assumir integralmente a função de inteligência regulatória, preparando análise estratégica sobre competidores a partir de informações públicas de dados relativos ao registro de produtos. Identificar e disseminar legislações com impacto regulatório e no negócio, incluindo à matriz de forma a garantir compliance regulatório e adaptabilidade do negócio. Atuar na excelência regulatória do departamento garantindo a qualidade dos processos e harmonização.

Atribuições do Cargo:

• Liderar processo de análise competitiva estratégica,  interagindo, em parceria com os gerentes regulatórios, com as áreas comerciais para avaliação e estabelecimento das informações sobre concorrentes, planos, formatos e frequência de relatórios a partir de informações públicas disponíveis em diversas fontes
• Desempenhar papel crucial junto as atividades de Launch Excellence estabelecendo prazos regulatórios baseado na performance do setor, auxiliando o negócio a estruturar-se em tempo para lançamentos
• Monitorar publicações de regulamentações
• Participar de reuniões de Associações e Grupos de Trabalho sobre temas regulamentares
• Atuar junto com outros membros da equipe regulatória para estabelecer papel de liderança nas Associações em temas de impacto crítico para a AbbVie
• Compilar, entender, informar e aconselhar as áreas impactadas para o perfeito estabelecimento de planos de adaptação visando 100% de compliance regulatório
• Interagir com a área de Regulatory Policy & Intelligence da América Latina, de forma a estabelecer grupos de trabalho internacionais sobre temas técnicos relevantes de forma a orientar a atuação local frente as Associações, ANVISA e outros stakeholders-chave.
• Disseminar conhecimento através de treinamentos específicos para a equipe regulatória ou em parceria com esta para outras áreas da AbbVie.
• Coordenar as atividades de qualidade do departamento, incluindo processos transversais como best practices, SOPs, onboardings, governanças, a fim de garantir altos padrões de qualidade e harmonização do departamento
• Estabelecer indicadores que permitam acompanhar o desempenho da função baseado na qualidade de entrega frente às diversas áreas.

• Superior (preferencialmente em área da saúde)
• Inglês fluente
• Conhecimento em legislação regulatória
• Conhecimento do mercado farmacêutico
• Experiência prévia com inteligência regulatória
