ESH Internship (8h) - Tires

Responsibilities:

• Conduct field audits (predominantly outdoor activity) for contractor companies operating on our plant premises;
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and internal rules, acting as a strong promoter of a safe working environment;
• Maintain a firm and consistent approach when identifying non-conformities, demonstrating perseverance and the ability to uphold decisions when necessary;
• Apply internal procedures and regulations accurately, with high attention to detail and consistency;
• Communicate observations from the field clearly and professionally, and follow up to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions;
• Centralize documents collected.

• Student at university (final year of bachelor degree or first year of master);
• Organized person, responsible, flexible and proactive;
• Attention to details;
• Good communication skills;
• Availability for a full-time schedule (8 hours per day);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
