Job Description & Summary

FS Consulting at PwC Poland is made up of specialists who prepare solutions to support effective management of regulatory, market, credit and operational risks. Our work involves not only analyzing financial statements, but above all drawing conclusions and practically implementing new regulations, weighing their impact on our customers' business model, operational processes and IT systems. We implement projects for major Polish and international banks.

We are looking for:

ESG Consultant with German

Your future role:

• Participation in various projects in the ESG area, primarily in projects related to reporting in accordance with the EU Taxonomy,
• Support companies in preparing for reporting in accordance with the EU Taxonomy,
• Analysis of entities' readiness for reporting in accordance with the EU Taxonomy,
• Preparation/attestation of sustainability reports, including taxonomic disclosures,
• Identification and support in adapting to changing regulatory requirements,
• German is the dominant working language.

Apply if you have:

• Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher) and wish to work in an international environment,
• Experience in the financial sector (e.g., banking, insurance, asset management companies) or have worked in reporting, controlling, accounting or auditing in the past,
• Excel at using AI tools to automate tasks, analyze information, generate content,
• Willingness to learn new skills, you can analyze numerical data and financial statements of financial sector entities, and you understand what is hidden behind the items of financial statements.
• Experience or high interest in the ESG area.

Nice to have:

• Professional qualifications or willingness to gain them (e.g., FRM, ACCA, CFA).
