About the Role
We’re looking for an Escrow Closer to join our Title Pro Services Marion, Illinois team. The Escrow Closer will facilitate all aspects of the real estate closing process—coordinating with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to ensure each transaction runs smoothly from start to finish. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Occasional off-site closings may be required.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of the real estate closing process
Review title commitments and clear title issues as needed
Prepare closing documents, settlement statements, and related paperwork
Communicate proactively with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, buyers, and sellers
Manage escrow funds and disbursements in accordance with company policies and regulations
Conduct closings and ensure compliance with title industry regulations and escrow standards
Maintain accurate, organized records and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
Experience in the title industry or related field (real estate, banking, or lending) preferred but not required
Strong understanding of escrow and closing procedures preferred but not required
Excellent customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn new software systems
Valid driver’s license (occasional travel for off-site closings)
