Optimiza is searching for an ERP System Supervisor to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will oversee the management and optimization of our ERP systems, ensuring that they effectively support our organization's operations. You will lead a team of ERP professionals, driving projects and initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of ERP systems, ensuring functionality and performance meet business requirements.
• Lead a team of ERP analysts and administrators, providing guidance and support to optimize system usage.
• Analyze system performance and usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate the implementation of system updates, enhancements, and new features in accordance with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure effective integration of ERP systems with other business applications.
• Develop and maintain ERP documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user manuals.
• Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their understanding of ERP functionalities and processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in ERP system administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and a deep understanding of their functionalities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in performance monitoring and optimization.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant ERP certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proven experience as an ERP functional consultant, with strong focus on Production Planning, Quality Management, and SCM
• Hands-on experience in ERP development and customization, preferably in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment
• 6–7 years’ experience in D365 F&O
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations (GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11)
