Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Specialist to support the setup, enhancement, and ongoing development of an ERP system for a cabinet manufacturing and renovation business.

This role focuses on ERP configuration, data integration, and system coordination, ensuring smooth data flow across business systems and alignment with operational processes. The ideal candidate brings strong ERP fundamentals, hands-on system experience, and the ability to adapt across platforms rather than reliance on one specific ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, customize, and support ERP modules across sales, inventory, manufacturing, project management, CRM, and accounting functions.

Manage data integration between production, design, and ERP systems, ensuring accurate product mapping and database synchronization.

Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting to support business operations and decision-making.

Support ERP system development and rollout, including workflow testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and external consultants to refine and optimize system workflows.

Maintain system documentation, tracking, and reporting to support operational transparency.

Oversee data movement across ERP, CRM, manufacturing, and related systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Contribute to system improvements, automation initiatives, and process optimization to improve operational efficiency.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure ERP systems align with business requirements and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP configuration, integration, data management, or system support.

Experience working with recognized ERP platforms, such as SAP, Pronto, Oracle, SAGE, Microsoft Dynamics / NAV, Odoo, or similar enterprise systems.

Strong understanding of ERP structures, data flows, and system integration concepts, including experience supporting system enhancements or transitions

Proven experience in database management and data handling, including data mapping, validation, and synchronization across systems.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools for documentation, reporting, and collaboration.

Experience supporting ERP, CRM, and project management processes, including system setup, workflow optimization, and data migration.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
