W The ERP Sales Account Executive – Packaging will focus on developing new business opportunities within folding carton, corrugated, flexible packaging, and other packaging manufacturing segments.

This role requires an experienced ERP sales professional with strong mid-market selling expertise and the ability to engage operational and executive stakeholders in manufacturing environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop new business opportunities within the Packaging manufacturing industry

Sell Amtech’s EnCore ERP solution, add-on modules, and consulting services

Identify and pursue prospects through direct prospecting, networking, and partner channels

Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to close

Deliver ERP demonstrations aligned to packaging production processes

Develop strategic account plans and manage forecasting activities

Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities

Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting in HubSpot

Travel to customer sites as needed (approximately 33%)

Consistently achieve revenue and growth targets

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5+ years of ERP software sales experience, focused on mid-size companies

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota

• Experience managing complex consultative sales cycles

• Strong understanding of manufacturing ERP systems and business processes

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
