He aha te tūranga - About the role:  
Hato Hone St John is embarking on an exciting large-scale ERP implementation this year! In order to provide focused expertise and capacity during the implementation period, we are seeking an ERP Process Specialist on a 12 month fixed term, to lead the process mapping and documentation for the finance function.
This is a pivotal role to ensure that finance leaders and operational teams understand future-state processes of the new system -  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Business Central).
• Design clear, structured future-state process flows aligned to the new system
• Develop detailed process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure financial controls, compliance requirements, and governance obligations are embedded in system design
• Partner with the implementation team to validate configuration against documented requirements
• Support change readiness by providing clear, practical documentation for end users.
Ko wai koe - About you: 
• A strong background in Finance and Accounting (e.g., Auditor, Financial Accountant) CA qualification is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in process mapping and documentation (e.g., Visio or similar tools)
• Experience supporting or leading process workstreams within ERP or system implementation projects
• Ability to translate operational workflows into structured, logical process flows
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across multiple finance teams
• Prior experience with Business Central is highly regarded.
