ERP Manager - Netsuite Functional

About the Role

Riveron is seeking a Manager – NetSuite Services to lead the end-to-end execution of NetSuite implementations and ERP transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will own project delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure high-quality outcomes across complex NetSuite engagements.

Who You Are

• An experienced ERP consulting professional with deep hands-on expertise in NetSuite

• Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle NetSuite implementations

• Comfortable leading client engagements and acting as a trusted advisor

• Skilled at managing and coordinating cross-functional teams

• Able to balance strategic oversight with hands-on project execution

• Thrive in fast-paced, delivery-focused consulting environments

• Capable of independently managing projects from planning through go-live

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end NetSuite project execution including planning, design, build, testing, and go-live

• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables

• Lead NetSuite implementations covering:

• System configuration using SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder

• Functional setup across Financials, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

• Data migration and integration activities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and facilitate:

• Requirement gathering workshops

• Solution design discussions

• UAT coordination and go-live support

• Coordinate with functional, technical, and data teams to ensure aligned execution

• Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes

• Oversee SIT and UAT cycles, data validation, and overall go-live readiness

• Ensure delivery meets quality standards, documentation requirements, and governance frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in ERP or IT consulting

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience (mandatory)

• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle NetSuite implementations

• Strong project management and client-facing experience

• Experience working with US- and Europe-based clients

• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant)

• PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
