Scott Electric Company has a current opening at our Greensburg, PA, branch for a Full-Time ERP Help Desk, Monday-Friday,8:00 am-5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

Field questions or issues submitted to the Help Desk by users by either responding directly or advancing the concern to the proper personnel

Assist in End User Training when necessary for either the onboarding of new staff or the rollout of new functionalities or applications

Provide assistance to departments to aide in special project work, as needed (ex. Opening new locations, product line expansions, deployment of new applications or processes)

Requirements:

Advanced skills in Infor CloudSuite Distribution

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
