Odoo developer should be able to:

• Work under pressure.
• Understand inter-dependencies of apps and fields and how a change could affect operations and reporting.
• Assess the impact of potential changes in customizations in Odoo’s core business apps and implement solutions to mitigate negative outcomes.
• Develop and customize Odoo modules as per business requirements.
• Lead migration projects from legacy systems to Odoo, ensuring zero data loss and minimal downtime.
• Understand the implications of changes in the apps.
• Be Up to date with the latest Odoo releases, features, and best practices to ensure that the team utilizes the most efficient and effective methodologies.
• Generate BI Reports, Output Documents, Functional Test User Acceptance Test, Automation Test Unit Test.
• Develop, test, implement, support, and enhance Business applications and it's features solutions.
• Fixing bug and optimize performance for production support.

Bachelor's or Technical degree in programing field of study or equivalent work experience
