DEINE MISSION BEI UNS

Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der fachlichen Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Abrechnungsprozessen innerhalb unserer ERP-Lösung ENER:GY. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Abbildung komplexer Billing-Logiken, stabilen Abrechnungsprozessen und einem tiefen Verständnis dafür, wie Billing-Systeme im Kern funktionieren – unabhängig von der Branche:
• Du berätst Kunden fachlich zur Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von Billing- und Abrechnungssystemen im Tagesgeschäft.
• Du analysierst, konzipierst und optimierst Abrechnungsprozesse und -logiken.
• Du setzt fachliche Anforderungen im System um, z. B. durch Aufbau, Pflege und Anpassung von Abrechnungsregeln.
• Du planst und moderierst Workshops sowie fachliche Abstimmungen mit Kunden und internen Teams.
• Du arbeitest in Implementierungs- und Ablöseprojekten mit und übernimmst fachliche Verantwortung.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

• Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung mit einem Billing- oder Abrechnungssystem.
• Du verstehst, wie Billing-Systeme technisch und fachlich aufgebaut sind (Regelwerke, Zeitbezug, Mengen, Tarife, Fehlerlogik).
• Du denkst Prozesse strukturiert End-to-End und kannst fachliche Anforderungen systemisch übersetzen.
• Du verfügst über praxisnahe SQL- und Datenkenntnisse für Analysen, Prüfungen oder Migrationen.
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und kommunizierst sicher mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern.
