ERP and GenAI Tech Specialist

As our ERP & GenAI Tech Specialist in the Tel Aviv office, you’ll be a key player in Taboola’s Information Systems team, driving innovation across finance systems through technology and AI. You’ll collaborate with global finance teams to understand their processes, identify optimization opportunities, and design scalable, GenAI-powered solutions. With your strong technical and analytical background, you’ll shape and maintain Taboola’s Finance applications landscape while promoting automation and process excellence. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about using technology to solve real business challenges and deliver measurable impact.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of hands-on ERP experience with deep platform knowledge.

• Strong understanding of systems architecture, integrations, and APIs (REST/SOAP).

• GenAI enthusiast with experience in LLMs, prompt engineering, and MCPs.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; able to work in global teams.

• B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

It'll be great if you also have:

• Development experience and SQL knowledge.

• Familiarity with new-gen technologies and platforms.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Work closely with global finance users to understand their processes, challenges, and goals.

• Become proficient with Taboola’s global ecosystem of Finance ERP & FP&A (NetSuite is an advantage)

• Design and develop custom solutions including GenAI powered solutions on NetSuite, Google platform and other business application platforms to meet finance requirements.

• Integrate business applications, GenAI systems, APIs and third-party tools.

• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with advancements in GenAI, tools and technologies.
