ERP Administrator

Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.

We are looking for a hands‑on ERP Administrator to support the day‑to‑day operation and continuous improvement of our ERP system (Odoo). You will work closely with the functional teams to document processes, implement and maintain system configurations and customizations, and provide reliable support to end users across the organization.

This role sits at the intersection of business operations and system execution, ensuring that ERP processes are clearly documented, correctly implemented, and effectively used by teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring, testing, documenting, and rolling out Odoo features and modules.

• Prepare documentation, training materials, and release notes for internal users.

• Support end users by troubleshooting issues, providing guidance, and managing small changes or enhancements.

• Support analysis of system interfaces between Odoo, MES, PLM, BI tools, and other operational systems.

• Contribute to ERP upgrade projects, module deployments, and process digitalization efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with Odoo ERP.

• Understanding of business processes in one or more areas: supply chain, manufacturing, finance, quality, or project management.

• Interest in system workflows, data structures, and integrations.

• Basic experience with Python or SQL (reading queries, simple scripts, ability to learn more).

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of APIs, ETL, or system integration concepts.

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase).

• Experience working in technology, manufacturing, aerospace, or another high‑reliability industry.

• Experience writing functional specifications or user stories.
