Global Environmental & Industrial Response (GEIR) is looking for a Field Supervisor who will be responsible for the daily operations of ER services for multiple crews.

Global provides heavy industrial cleaning services to utilities, phosphate/ mining, chemical plants, pulp & paper, and manufacturing facilities, with specialization in hydro blasting and vacuum truck work. We provide customized solutions for sulfuric acid facilities, including preventative maintenance and repairs, and full turn-key turnaround services. We also offer a variety of waste processing and handling services to ensure that waste generated from client sites is collected, transported, and disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Coordinate work schedules/manpower needs.
Work with the team to complete assigned tasks.
Communicate with subordinates regarding safety, project updates, and human resources issues.
Complete administrative tasks such as documenting attendance, customer requests, job packs, project coordination, and status reports.
Will be called out for emergency response as needed.
Follow GEIR safety standards.
Perform other duties as directed.
3 hours per month of Leadership training

QUALIFICATIONS:
Class A or Class B CDL License preferred.
3-5 years of experience managing and scheduling employees to perform ER services required.
Must have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and be able to interface with employees at all levels of the company. Professional oral and written interpersonal communication.
Ability to carry/move up to 50 Lbs.
Ability to perform manual labor in an outside setting.
Ability to perform work conducted in and around confined spaces and at elevated heights.
Ability to work over an 8-hour shift if required. May be required to work out of town for extended periods for disaster recovery.
Preferred 4-6 years of hands-on experience and operation with tools / heavy equipment.
PAY:
$26.00 - $29.00 (Pay is commensurate with prior experience)
