Equipment Repair & Maintenance Specialist
Tacoma, WA | Full-Time | Field & Warehouse-Based

Salary: $45,000–$48,000 base + IRS/state-compliant mileage reimbursement + monthly car allowance
Benefits: Health, dental, vision, retirement, PTO
Travel: Local / regional as needed

Must Have

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Hands-on experience repairing or maintaining equipment (any industry)

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and maneuver up to 150 lbs with assistance

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong English communication skills

Candidates without relevant hands-on troubleshooting or repair experience will not be considered.

Role Overview

Provide technical support for equipment in the field and warehouse. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and supporting equipment and training team members. Ideal for mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, self-motivated individuals seeking a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

Repair, maintain, and refurbish equipment in the field and warehouse

Provide technical support and training to team members

Keep accurate repair, inventory, and equipment records

Operate company delivery vehicles as needed

Maintain safe, organized work areas

Collaborate with internal teams and follow safety policies

Preferred / Assets

Experience in the automotive service industry or with automotive equipment

Formal technical training or certifications

Experience with BG products or similar tools
