The Equipment Quality & Deployment Coordinator is a hands-on technical position responsible for preparing Biz Op and Distribution equipment for deployment.
This role installs payment systems (coin mechanism, bill validator, and cashless reader), verifies refrigeration performance through defrost-cycle testing, and performs full quality control inspections to ensure every machine meets VendTech’s operational standards.
In addition, this role plays an active part in Regional Operation Centers (ROC) logistics — assisting with inbound and outbound shipments, supporting pickup and delivery scheduling, and safely moving equipment as needed. Work hours may vary to align with delivery schedules, operator pickups, or container arrivals.
The position combines mechanical skill, quality focus, and logistical awareness — ensuring each machine is deployment-ready, properly documented, and prepared for field success.
