The Role
As an Equipment Operator, you’ll be hands-on in daily farm operations, ensuring equipment, crops, and field activities run efficiently and safely. During the off season, there will be other responsibilities such as equipment maintenance, feedlot pen maintenance, etc.
What You’ll Do
Operate equipment for planting, spraying, irrigating, and harvesting
Support fieldwork (mowing, maintaining pivots, yard upkeep)
Monitor and report equipment maintenance needs
Assist across farm operations as needed
Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
Work safely in all weather conditions
What We’re Looking For
Experience operating farm equipment
Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Reliable, safety-focused, and adaptable
Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 1 or 3 is an asset)
Basic ag knowledge and comfort with ag software

Schedule & Working Conditions
Typically 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Seasonal extended hours during peak farming periods
Saturdays required as scheduled
