We are seeking a skilled and proactive Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up equipment, troubleshooting issues, and developing and implementing ongoing maintenance programs. This role also involves evaluating both existing and new equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and install equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company requirements.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.

Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Evaluate performance of existing equipment and recommend improvements or upgrades.

Assist in the selection and integration of new equipment.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Qualifications:
