Job Responsibilities:
Concrete prep, mender and fill cracks/pits, apply topcoat, broadcast chips, scrape, and basecoat
Assist with the installation of concrete floor coatings
Measure and mix mender, basecoat, and topcoat
Organize and track materials, tools, and supplies on the trucks
Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Be knowledgeable and proficient on the proper use of different size hand grinders, large 800lbs grinder, and large vacuum
Photograph each process of installation using CompanyCam App
Keep track of hours on company timesheets
Review each stage of job to ensure the highest level of quality is delivered on every project
Interact with clients in a friendly and polite manner while providing 100% customer satisfaction
Deal with customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Familiarity with units of measurement
Ability to handle a physical workload (must be able to lift minimum of 50lbs)
Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended length of time
Self-motivated and punctual
Ability to work well in teams
Ability to prioritize and multitask in various situations
Good attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
COMPENTATION RANGE:
$20.00 – $26.00 per hour

Flexible hours, occasional weekends, and travel time to job sites throughout Los Angeles and Ventura counties are required for this position.
Must have reliable transportation, be authorized to work in the U.S., and pass a background check.
Must be able to perform physical activities, such as but not limited to, lifting equipment (50 lbs. unassisted, over 50 lbs. assisted), bending, standing, climbing, or walking. Must be able to safely use manual tools and power equipment common in the construction and painting trades. Must be able to handle hazardous materials safely and tolerate exposure to electrical hazards. Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen. Any exceptions to these requirements must be submitted as an exception to the requirements per ADA (American Disabilities Act) and will require verification of disability by a treating physician. Additionally, the employer may deny the request if it imposes an undue hardship on the employer.
