This is a contracted position for 12+ months. Pay $60-$65 per hour.

Epic Trainer (Contract – Remote, W-2)

Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Epic Trainer to deliver engaging training programs and support end-user adoption of Epic systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring users are confident and proficient in their workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•
Deliver instructor-led and virtual Epic training sessions to end users

•
Develop and update training materials, manuals, and job aids

•
Assess training needs and tailor content to different user groups

•
Provide go-live and post-go-live support

•
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements

•
Support system updates by revising training materials accordingly

•
Serve as a liaison between end users and application teams

Qualifications

•
3+ years of Epic training or related experience

•
Epic credentialed trainer (CT) or certification preferred

•
Strong presentation and facilitation skills

•
Experience creating training content and materials

•
Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt teaching styles

•
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
