Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Preparation:

Develop and document detailed test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements.

Prepare test data.

Participate in requirement reviews to ensure testability of requirements.

Test Execution:

Execute functional, integration, system, and regression tests.

Log and document test results & screenshots, including any defects found during testing.

Retest resolved defects and perform regression testing to verify fixes.

Defect Management:

Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.

Work closely with developers to understand defect causes and ensure timely resolution.

Verify defect fixes and ensure they do not introduce new issues.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with Program & Laboratory leadership, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and testing needs.

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other project meetings as needed.

Provide regular updates on testing progress and issues to the project team.

Qualifications:

3-5 experience with Epic testing and Cerner PathNet

Critical thinking skills and strong attention to detail required for validating both Epic standard and Client customized workflows.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Medical Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field.
