Title: EPIC OpTime Build Support

Industry: Healthcare

Location: Silver Spring, MD (Remote Possible)

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Rate Range: Depends on Experience (W-2 all inclusive rate)

Essential Functions:

• Providing Production Support for Epic OpTime and Anesthesia modules

• Performing development, design, build, and validation of changes in the system.

• Translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Managing work via Remedy Work orders.

Required Experience:

• EPIC OpTime Certification

• Ability to perform system configuration (build)

• Ability to troubleshoot issues/problems within the system.

• Ability to work with our testing team, physicians, and end users to understand what is needed.

Preferred Experience:

• Certifications with other EPIC modules (Ambulatory, Anesthesia, etc.)

• Bachelors Degree

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work with ambiguity

• Multi-tasking skills

Skills to be successful in this role:

• Good interpersonal Skills and solid experience supporting OpTime and Anesthesia
