Job Description
We are seeking a high-impact Epic Aura Integration Analyst to bridge the gap between technical architecture and provider-facing delivery. You will be the primary technical point of contact for clients, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of lab integrations.
You will handle everything from initial onboarding and technical discovery to complex build-outs and high-stakes production support. The ideal candidate possesses the technical depth to navigate FHIR APIs and HL7 fallbacks, paired with the professional presence to guide clinical stakeholders through real-time troubleshooting and workflow optimization.

Pay: $85/hour on W2
Responsibilities
• Lead client-facing technical calls to guide providers through the onboarding process. Translate complex integration requirements into actionable project plans.
• Design and build ordering and results workflows within Epic Aura/Ambulatory environments, ensuring seamless data exchange.
• Deploy and manage integrations using FHIR APIs as the primary standard, with a deep understanding of HL7 for legacy fallback scenarios.
• Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for critical production issues. Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority tickets within strict SLA timelines.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, validating that builds meet clinical requirements and technical specifications.
• Maintain rigorous documentation discipline within Jira, ensuring all configurations, bugs, and project milestones are tracked with precision.
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in Epic Aura or Epic Ambulatory integrations.
• Hands-on experience with FHIR API integration and HL7 messaging.
• Proven ability to build and troubleshoot Ordering and Results workflows.
• Proven track record of managing P1/P2 incidents under pressure and meeting rigorous SLAs.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira for task management and technical documentation.
• Exceptional communication skills and client-facing confidence. You must be comfortable leading calls, presenting to clinical leadership, and providing real-time technical guidance.
