EOS Virtual Assistant (Full-Time, Remote)

Location: Remote (Outside the United States)
Compensation:

• $1,250 USD/month (first 90 days – ramp & validation period)

• $1,500 USD/month after successful 90-day review
• Schedule: Full-time (40+ hours/week) | Flexible hours aligned to EOS cadence

💼 About the Role

This role exists to make an EOS Implementer (EOSi) unstoppable.

As an EOS Virtual Assistant, you will support a Professional EOS Implementer by handling the operational, logistical, CRM, and outbound support work that allows them to focus on what they do best: implementing EOS with leadership teams.

This is not a passive admin role. EOS businesses move fast, operate on weekly rhythms (L10s, Rocks, Scorecards), and require someone who can stay organized, proactive, and accountable.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

📅 EOS Session & Client Preparation

• Prepare EOS Implementer and clients for Quarterlies, Annuals, Focus Days, and 90-Minute Meetings
• Coordinate meeting logistics (rooms, Zoom links, agendas, materials)
• Book travel, hotels, flights, and meeting space as needed
• Manage session prep checklists and post-session follow-ups

📊 CRM & Pipeline Management

• Maintain and update the EOS CRM daily (contacts, notes, deals, follow-ups)
• Track prospects, clients, sessions, and next actions accurately
• Ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks

🚀 Outbound Business Development Support

• Support the EOS Implementer’s 4-2-1 VTH outbound process
• Send LinkedIn messages, emails, and assist with light calling as directed
• Track outreach activity and help book 90-Minute Meetings
• Maintain clean records of all outreach and responses

📣 Marketing & Content Support

• Assist with scheduling and posting social media content
• Help repurpose EOS content (posts, updates, follow-ups)
• Coordinate with creative or marketing team members as needed

🧠 Executive & Operations Support

• Manage calendars, scheduling, and inbox coordination
• Track to-dos, deadlines, and priorities
• Support ad-hoc projects and requests from the EOS Implementer

✅ Required Qualifications

You must have:

• Prior experience supporting a coach, consultant, or professional services business
• Hands-on experience managing a CRM daily
• Comfort supporting outbound business development (LinkedIn, email, light calling)
• Experience coordinating meetings, events, or travel logistics
• Availability for 40+ hours per week
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail

Bonus (Not Required):

• Familiarity with EOS or EOS-style operating rhythms
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach or appointment setting
• Experience supporting founders, consultants, or coaches
