The Opportunity:
We have an immediate opening for a regular part-time Environmental Project Administrator to work a hybrid or remote schedule based out of our downtown Tempe office.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage the administrative and organizational aspects of projects, supporting the project managers, and ensuring project execution.
Demonstrates ability to complete specific tasks, including research and/or data entry in various programs, as directed, in a timely and efficient manner.
Demonstrates ability to interact and work well as a team member and to respond to assignments given in a positive, professional manner.
Communicate with the Construction Contractor(s) staff and/or Construction crew members.
Performs other duties as assigned commensurate to the level of education and experience.
What You Will Bring:
High School Diploma
Proficiency with electronic devices such as smart phones and tablets for digital data collection.
Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under limited supervision.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Ability to function with clear and detailed expectations and communication.
Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and be able to adjust to daily changes in priorities to meet the construction schedule.
Ability to work cooperatively with crew members and supervisors is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Biology, Planning, Anthropology, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Studies, or closely related field.
Familiarity with project management tools and software for tracking tasks and project information.
What We Offer:
Compensation – This is a part-time position paid an hourly rate between $21.00 to $27.00, depending on experience and education.
Benefits – This position is not eligible for full Logan Simpson benefits. However, as a part-time staff member, you would be eligible for paid sick leave and paid holiday pay.
