For our site in Chalon-sur-Saône, a production facility specializing in high-quality glass bottles, we are looking for an experienced EHS Specialist.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Support and further develop the Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) Management System
• Lead the TMS Pro approach and monitor improvement actions
• Record, analyze, and report workplace incidents, accidents, and occupational diseases
• Maintain safety, environmental, and quality documentation in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Update occupational risk assessments (DUERP)
• Support the implementation of daily quality and EHS actions
• Prepare and participate in internal and external audits, including on-site support
• Coordinate document management and deliver internal EHS training sessions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and propose optimization measures
• Coordinate and support European sites on EHS topics and collaborate within global initiatives
• Technically trained engineer (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent qualification
• Sound knowledge of EHS management systems and ISO standards (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001)
• Experience with audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
• Ability to manage pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• High level of integrity and professional ethics
• Native-level French and professional-level English are required.
• Full-time permanent contract
• Fixed daily rate contract

Remuneration elements: Base salary, annual bonus (13th month spread over June and December after 8 months of service), RTT (reduced working hours), family group health insurance, pension plan, works council, executive bonus based on objectives.
