THE JOB:
At Ambipar, we are passionate about protecting the environment and supporting sustainable industry. We’re looking for motivated Environmental Consultants who are eager to grow their careers, gain hands-on field experience, and be part of a collaborative, supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your skills while working on meaningful environmental projects.
Location: Swift Current or approx. 1 hour from surrounding area. The successful candidate will conduct field-work in the Swift Current and surrounding areas to support our Saskatchewan operations.
What You’ll Do
Support environmental projects, including Phase II and III Environmental Site Assessments and groundwater monitoring
Assist with site assessments, data collection, and field investigations
Help coordinate field activities, including reclamation and tree planting initiatives
Ensure project work meets client, regulatory, and safety requirements
Follow company and client health, safety, and environmental procedures
Assist with project planning, reporting, and documentation
Stay current with environmental regulations and industry best practices
Collaborate with Project Managers and team members to deliver high-quality work
What You Bring
Diploma or degree in Environmental Science, Reclamation, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of environmental field experience (co-op or internship experience is considered an asset)
Understanding of provincial (SK/AB) environmental regulations is an asset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel for fieldwork and work outdoors
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Nice to Have (Assets)
Professional designation (or working toward one)
Experience with reclamation, remediation, or site assessments
Knowledge of wetland classification, soil characterization, or vegetation identification
Pesticide Applicator License
