The role of an Entry-level Sales Trainer will include:

• Assessing metrics in order to meet weekly sales goals. 
• An interest in teaching and learning within the work environment. 
• A sense of curiosity regarding new products. 
• A problem solver who isn’t afraid to ask questions. 
• The ability to establish relationships with clients and customers. 

• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (High School Diploma accepted)
• Self-motivated
• Strong relationship-building skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• The ability to delegate tasks 
• Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team

The Entry-level Sales Trainer will receive comprehensive on-site training from an experienced Assistant Director to ensure they acquire a deep understanding of each aspect of the business, enabling their optimal success during the training period.
