We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will support project managers in planning, organizing, and executing various projects across multiple departments. 
Responsibilities:
• Assist project managers in planning and coordinating project activities and timelines.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
• Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and updates.
• Track project progress and identify any risks or issues that may impact deadlines.
• Support the organization of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
