Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Track project progress and update stakeholders on status and any issues.
• Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and vendors.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
