Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals beginning their career in project management to develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Entry Level Project Coordinator will play a key role in assisting project managers and team members by ensuring projects run smoothly from initiation through completion.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all files are up to date.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide timely updates and gather requirements.
• Track project progress and identify any issues or delays to escalate promptly.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
