We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up production equipment and locations.
• Support the production team with daily tasks and errands.
• Coordinate communication between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Help with scheduling and organizing production meetings and shoots.
• Manage and track inventory of production supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in film, media, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
