Start your journey as a Master Tech — Get paid to diagnose, service, and wrench on the industry's best machines!
At Hunter Power Sports, we don’t just build machines; we keep them in peak performing condition. We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Powersports Technician who is ready to move beyond the crate and start mastering the mechanical heart of motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and personal watercraft.
If you’ve got a base of mechanical knowledge and a hunger to learn the "why" behind the "how," we want you in our bays.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Routine Maintenance: Perform oil changes, fluid flushes, tire swaps, and brake services.
System Diagnostics: Assist senior techs in troubleshooting electrical, fuel, and mechanical issues.
Precision Assembly: Unbox and assemble new units with a focus on technical "dial-in" and safety checks.
Accessory Integration: Install winches, plow kits, lighting, and performance exhaust systems.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure every machine is trail-ready.
Shop Excellence: Maintain a professional-grade toolset and a clean, efficient workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
Foundational Knowledge: A solid understanding of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines.
Tool Savvy: Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment (multimeters, etc.).
Technical Mindset: You don't just follow instructions; you want to understand how the systems work together.
Documentation Skills: Ability to clearly document work performed for customer service records.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license (Motorcycle endorsement required or obtainable within 90 days).
