About the Position:
This position is responsible for educating and instructing patients in the use of a home sleep testing device.
Primary duties consist of:
Issue, and explain the use of, home sleep testing equipment to patients.
Communicate with clinical and scheduling teams.
Electronic medical record entry.
Clean home sleep testing equipment.
All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
HS diploma or GED
1+ year experience in a customer service role
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Superior verbal and written communication
Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Office); Ability to learn new software quickly
Organized and detail oriented
Dependability, enthusiasm and professionalism
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
Confident working independently and as part of a team
