About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to support marketing campaigns and digital initiatives in a fully paperless, technology-driven office.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who is software-competent, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in marketing.
Responsibilities
• Assist with execution of marketing campaigns (digital and print)
• Create and edit marketing materials (emails, flyers, social posts, presentations)
• Manage website updates and digital content
• Support social media scheduling and engagement
• Maintain CRM data and marketing lists
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Coordinate marketing projects and timelines
Technology Used
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Email marketing platforms
• Social media scheduling tools
• ERP systems (proAlpha a plus; training provided)
• Website CMS platforms
• Comfort with learning new systems and working in a paperless environment is essential.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required (Marketing/Business degree preferred)
• 0–2 years of marketing, internship, or related experience
• Strong computer and software skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Reliable and professional
Nice to Have
• Marketing internship or coursework
• CRM or Salesforce experience
• Social media content creation experience
• Basic analytics/reporting experience
Benefits:
• Full-time, Onsite (Ravenna, OH) Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the facility
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (1-hour unpaid lunch)
