Entry-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst
Company:

Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) is looking for an Entry-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 1), to support the Composite Center of Excellence located on site in Mesa, Arizona.
Responsibilities:
• Utilizes strong organizational skills to maintain schedule adherence with Senior Leadership
• Establish good interpersonal relationships and help to foster appropriate communication with internal customers
• Preparing and maintaining meetings
• Data interpretation, preparing reports and documentation
• General office administration and staff support
Basic Qualifications (Required):
• 3 or more years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience doing data analysis using Excel or similar programs to summarize findings and make recommendations based on results
• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must have strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1 or more years’ experience managing/leading projects
• 1 or more years’ presenting and communicating with leaders/senior leaders and employees
• Experience working in a manufacturing or operations environment
• Ability to apply systems thinking
• Ability to plan/coordinate recognition events, service anniversary awards, and employee all-hands
Relocation:

Summary pay range for Level 1: $61,200- $82,800
