We’re looking for a entry-level Infrastructure Support Technician to join our friendly IT Operations & Security Team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who’s curious, proactive, and ready to learn, from managing support tickets and assisting with our joiner/mover/leaver process to keeping our AV rooms running smoothly. 

You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues on-site, gaining valuable skills through day-to-day support and project work. You’ll need to be able to drive and be happy spending most of your week in the office, as this is where the real learning happens. What you’ll do 

Administration of IGD cloud and on-premises IT systems. 

Ownership IGD mobile device management (MDM) and telephony. 

Being first point of contact for IT support incidents 
and driving these through to timely resolution. 

Provisioning of IT equipment & running inductions for IGD colleagues. 

Keeping up to date with emergent technology. 

Communicating with IGD colleagues to knowledge-share and ensure they know how their support incidents are progressing. 

Assisting with monitoring of IGD systems. 

Taking part in project work.
